If you are going on the paddling adventure of a lifetime, let us be a part of your journey! Either in our DeHavilland Twin Otter(s) or Cessna Caravan aircraft, our pilots have extensive knowledge of Canada's North and its spectacular rivers and lakes. Our expert team will make sure your drop off and pickup will be effortless. We can accommodate groups of any size with our multiple floats equipped and off-strip aircraft. We are able to accommodate paddling enthusiasts by flying canoes, pack boats (folding canoes), kayaks, rafts, and inflatables, internally or externally on our aircraft. If you are travelling to Yellowknife to start your journey, you can arrange to have your supplies shipped to Air Tindi's facilities beforehand to accelerate your preparation.
We are able to fly up to 2 nestled canoes on the outside of our very economical C208 Caravan aircraft, getting you to and from some of the most spectacular paddling locations in the world! This allows for the bulky canoes to be outside of the aircraft allowing adequate space for gear inside, providing an excellent window view for passengers. In order to haul two canoes on the outside of our aircraft, a smaller canoe must be nestled inside the larger canoe and secured to the aircraft as a unit. To do this the larger canoes internal hardware must be removed to accommodate the nesting.
