Registration process:

For Registration:

  1. Visit https://globalconference.ca/
  2. On the top of the website, click on ‘Conferences’, then ‘Upcoming Conferences’ and select ‘Global Conference in Canada’
  3. Scroll down and on left in the tab named ‘ Popular Cities’, check the box for ‘Yellowknife’
  4. Click ‘View Conference’ tab for the conference you are interested in that is scheduled between October 11-13
  5. Select the relevant ticket type (author early bird, author regular, listener) on the top of the page and click on ‘Register Now’
  6. Fill in the details needed
    Note: Passport number is for international participants for visa purposes. Participants who do not need a visa to travel to Canada can give information of any acceptable government-issued IDs in the ‘Passport Number’ section; input the name of the  type of ID in the ‘Local Embassy’ name; and mention ‘I do not need VISA as I am from Canada/USA’ in the additional information section.
  7. Choose the payment type (credit/debit, paypal or direct bank transfer) and fill in the details
  8. Then click on ‘Place Order’

Upon registration, you will receive the invitation letter within 3 business days. If you have registered for our valued added services such as a Notarized Invitation letter and/or a visa expedition letter, the processing time takes up to 5-7 business days for these two letters.
