Evening Hot & Cold Therapy is offered at later times for those night owls who want to relax and unwind at the end of the day. This also is an opportunity to see the amazing Aurora Borealis from 1 of our three Saunas.

Our Saunas are now heated by the oldest rocks on earth the legendary Acasta Gneiss! This ancient stone infuses our saunas with a unique energy, adding depth to your self-care experience

Please be advised that our sauna facilities are designed for dry heat and water exposure experiences and do not include shower amenities. We recommend using shower facilities elsewhere if needed. Our cozy change rooms, equipped with warm towels for drying, will ensure you leave our facility feeling rejuvenated and refreshed after your sauna experience.
