Our Saunas are now heated by the oldest rocks on earth the legendary Acasta Gneiss from the NWT’s high Arctic! This ancient stone infuses our saunas with a unique energy, adding depth to your self-care experience.

Brace yourself for a thrilling journey into the Arctic wilderness where you’ll experience the exhilaration of a cold plunge followed by the soothing embrace of a traditional Nordic sauna. It’s the perfect fusion of icy excitement and cozy relaxation. Our Facility has developed a fiberglass plunge ice insert that creates an enclosed environment for your safety. This insert will include stairs and ladders for guest ingress and egress into the water. The dimensions of this ice insert are 4.5 feet in depth, 7 feet long and 5 feet in width. We will have multiple heating facilities for guests via our barrel sauna and heated hosting tents.

Please be advised that our sauna facilities are designed for dry heat and water exposure experiences and do not include shower amenities. We recommend using shower facilities elsewhere if needed. Our cozy change rooms, equipped with warm towels for drying, will ensure you leave our facility feeling rejuvenated and refreshed after your sauna experience.
