Member Nahanni Mountain Lodge

Remote private wilderness paradise on Little Doctor Lake, 100 km west of Fort Simpson. Accommodates 20 in cabins. Fishing, swimming, canoeing. Satellite phone.  June 1 to September 30. Three months advanced booking.

Electric lights run from a generator, plus there are kerosene and tea light lanterns. The main cabin is also equipped with a propane fridge, stove and all necessary kitchen items: pots; pans; dishes; cutlery; spices and some dry goods; and utensils. Nahanni Mountain Lodge is now owned and operated by Ted Grant, the owner of Simpson Air. The lodge is accessible only by our floatplanes in the summer.
