Northern and Remote Wilderness Adventures Ltd. (NARWAL) is a small, friendly, majority Aboriginal owned and operated family business. Our reputation as a competent, safety conscious outdoor adventure school is well established, having been in operation since 1981. Our mission is to provide safe, personable and fun experiences in the outdoors.

Our northern instructors and guides are carefully selected based on accreditation, personality and experience. Our guides have plenty of knowledge about culture and traditions of the North and are trained in Standard and Wilderness First Aid. We offer year-round opportunities for you to learn and explore. Our tours expand from Great Slave Lake to the surrounding lakes and rivers that flow into its northern shoreline.

We are committed to the North and its diverse Peoples, and have a passion for safety.
