North Nahanni Naturalist Lodge
Nestled in the Nahanni Range of the Mackenzie Mountains on Cli Lake, is the North Nahanni Naturalist Lodge. It is located approximately 100 kilometers from the next town, Fort Simpson. Come visit the beautiful and relaxing lodge by skidoo, boat or plane.
Blending traditional Dene culture and historic cultural elements from the area, the North Nahanni Naturalist Lodge provides a unique opportunity for visitors to escape city life and connect with nature and Indigenous culture.
The lodge owners, Loyal and Ria Letcher, can provide canoes and motor boats for your fishing excursions.
The main lodge is surrounded by a few small log cabins. Much of the furniture are made from the logs of trees in the surrounding forests. A log cabin-style sauna and a small “hot tub” are ideal for relaxing after an eventful day.
