MemberTeetl’it Gwich’in Tourism Society
The Teetl’it Gwich’in Tourism Society is rooted in the traditions of the Teetl’it Gwich’in people and dedicated to welcoming visitors to our community and the Beaufort Delta Region. Located on Treaty 11 lands along the Peel River, the society promotes Indigenous culture, artistry, and way of life through storytelling, workshops, and cultural exchange. Our goal is to attract visitors to the region by sharing the richness of our heritage, supporting local artists and crafters, and fostering meaningful connections with the land and its history. Guided by our vision, we strive to inspire respect and understanding so that our traditions remain vibrant and enduring for generations to come.
