Lac La Martre Adventures is 100% Indigenous owned by Tłı̨chǫ Adventures Ltd. We invite guests to embark on an unforgettable trophy fishing experience under the midnight sun or the magic of the Aurora Borealis in the pristine and remote wilderness of the Northwest Territories. This remote fly-in fishing lodge is on Clemy Island, within the secluded shores of Lac La Martre, the third largest lake in in the Northwest Territories at 1,000 square miles.

The lodge neighbors of the nearby Tłı̨chǫ Dene community of Whatì. The area has long been traditional hunting and fishing grounds for the people who have and do reside here. Guests will fly-in from the capital of the Northwest Territories, Yellowknife.

Available from late August to October 1st, prepare to be mesmerized by the enchanting Aurora at Lac La Martre Adventures. Our 3-night Aurora Viewing Packages offer the perfect blend of natural wonders, outdoor activities, wildlife viewing, and expert guidance for an unforgettable journey under the northern lights.

Trips include:

• Guest cabins feature two comfortable beds and your private ensuite bathroom
• Transportation via floatplane between Yellowknife and the lodge
• Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks)
• Choice of Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate – purchase a to go mug!
• Experienced fishing guides (one guide per pair of anglers)
• Motorized watercraft for 3-6 days of fishing (up to 8-hours per day)
• Access to trails around the island
• Use of non-motorized boats, such as canoes

Does not include:

• Flight to Yellowknife
• Accommodation in Yellowknife
• After-hours fishing (up to 3-hours)
• Fishing License (available at the Lodge)
• Alcoholic beverages
• Tackle and/or merchandise purchases
• Gratuities

PLEASE NOTE:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the package price of your choice is required to secure your booking. All parties will receive confirmation of booking after initial deposit is received.
• Remainder plus GST due April 1st, 2025.
• Mastercard, Visa, wire transfers and cheques are accepted. All prices are in CAD Dollars.
• Under most circumstances, credits may be carried to a following year at the discretion of the lodge managers. We recommend you purchase trip insurance.
• Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of payments previously paid.
