Walk the land. Hear the stories. Feel the spirit of the North.

Join us on a journey through time, nature, and Indigenous culture on this half-day guided tour into the heart of the northern boreal forest. Just 47 km east of Yellowknife, we’ll travel to Cameron Falls and the Ramparts—a region rich in natural beauty and sacred stories.

Along the way, your guide will share powerful legends and oral histories passed down through generations of Indigenous peoples. Hear the tale of the Sacred Tree, visit the storied Yellowknife River, and learn about the old Ptarmigan Mine site, once a symbol of transformation in the land.

The hike to Cameron Falls is a moderate 1.2 km trek through stunning terrain. You’ll cross boardwalks, climb staircases, and navigate rocky pathways and boulder-lined embankments. While the trail includes some uneven and steep sections, the breathtaking views of cascading falls and ancient landscapes make every step worthwhile.
